My story
Between 1985 and 1993, everything that I am was forged
At age 9, I stuttered. My classmates nicknamed me “the machine gun.”
Speaking in public was a nightmare. I froze up, repeated words, and hated feeling exposed.I remember that when they called roll, I trembled all over.
Once, in biology class, the teacher—who was also the discipline coordinator—called me to the front of the class. I could barely get a word out... and everyone laughed. She did too.
She said:«I can't understand a word you're saying. Sit down. If you ever learn to speak, let me know.»
Those words broke something deep inside me. There was silence within me, a complete void.As I sat down, I bit my pencil to keep from crying, and with my heart pounding in my chest,I felt safe again, I felt that somehow, I would be okay.
That day, I promised myself I would transform pain into purpose.
Since then, I have inspired and helped thousands of people and companies around the worldto find their voice, break their own limits, and increase their impact.
Because I learned something that changed my life: no one would ever silence my voice again.
Over time, I went from that school classroom to running companies, leading global teams, and speaking at international conferences.
In 2010, in Bogotá, fate surprised me. During one of my most important talks, i saw that teacher in the audience.When I finished, she came up to me, her eyes moist, and simply said: «Congratulations... You're brilliant.»
Today, I am an entrepreneur, coach, writer, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience.For the last fifteen years, I have dedicated myself to transforming mental healthand redesigning the education of the future with artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
But above all, I am a woman who found her purpose: to leave a mark on the world.And I want to help you leave yours.
